Who We Are
Using an equity framework as a convener and thought leader to end
race-based barriers that impede Black people from having an opportunity
to succeed is at the heart of all of ABC's programmatic initiatives.
We believe in working to combat, dismantle, and eliminate the many
outcomes of structural racism that continue to disadvantage Black people,
Black families, and Black communities.
